In February 2007, 90 Long Acre was acquired.

The Principals attracted institutional capital and used their own balance to acquire a landmark office building in the theatre / leisure district of Covent Garden.

At the time of acquisition, office rents in place were off £35psf against a prevailing market where the market was 40% higher. The Property was intensively asset managed to grow rents whilst also maintaining the vacancy level to a minimum.

The Property was sold in June 2013 to American Capital.
