Sanctuary Buildings 2

In June 2004, the Sanctuary Buildings were acquired.

The Principals worked jointly with a Middle Eastern Bank to acquire this asset.

Negotiations were opened directly with the tenant (Government) about a regear of the lease in return for an extended lease and at a higher rent (ahead of the rent review).

The Property was sold within two years of acquiring. The terms agreed to sell the asset were without carrying out the regear, but pricing reflected the highly reversionary lease.
