In May 2014 Investra acquired an industrial portfolio for £19.7 million representing a net initial yield of 9.76%.

The portfolio comprises six locations across the UK, including Cardiff, Newton Abbott, Paignton, Tamworth, Telford, and Upton-upon-Severn and is let in its entirety to Specialist Building Products (part of the Epwin Group) for 18 years.

The portfolio provides a long income stream from a good quality covenant that has since floated since completion.
