The TFI Investra UK Property Income Fund, was launched in May 2013 and is a fund sponsored by The First Investor of Qatar and Investra.

The Fund is Sharia compliant. Currently the total amount of equity invested into the Fund is c.£20 million with further amounts due to be placed over the coming months.

The existing portfolio includes assets in Glasgow, Bilston, Doncaster and Tamworth.

These assets were brought ahead of the market and since their acquisitions improving market sentiment has led to the tightening of yields and have enhanced the capital values.

Investra are continuing to source well let yielding assets with a good income profile and that have good property fundamentals
