Martin Waller, Managing  Director

Martin has over 30 years experience in the UK commercial real estate market. Prior to setting up Investra Capital Limited, he was (and still remains) a director of Pelham Associates.

Martin has been responsible for asset selection, sourcing of Bank funding and for implementing business plans for specific assets. He has directly managed relationships with international co-investment partners including Sovereign Wealth Funds, Investment Banks, and significant Private Family Offices.

Martin has been involved in a number of investments that have been structured in a Shariah-compliant manner. Martin has a BSC degree in Urban Land Administration. He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor, member of the RICS in the UK, and recently achieved FCA Regulation Status for Investra.
